Doula-(Doo-Lah)
Doula- birth companion, labor coach, and post-birth supporter. A doula is a non-medical attendant who can assist before, during, and/or after childbirth. A doula can also help the birthing support system (such as partner, spouse, family and or friends) by providing physical assistance and emotional support. A doula can help with a shorter labor and more enjoyable birth experience.
I personalize prenatal visits along with a home visit based on you and your family's needs. Tele-visit (Facetime or Zoom) along with in person to best support birth plan.
This may include:
Easy Breath work
Comfort measures and support for labor
Meal Preparation (*optional as added on service)
Meditation and Journaling
Advocate in hospital/home birth or birth center.
Check up on our Fur babies if in hospital setting.

Birthing Postpartum Support
Bedroom “refresh”; changing sheets and tidying
Energy work including essential oil emotional clearing, trauma clearing
Organic postpartum meal preparation
Non-medical recovery support of mother
Tutorials including baby carriers, swaddles, diapering
Infant doula care while parents nap
Household assistance: (light dishes, baby’s laundry)
